Terms and conditions

Payment upon reservation:

• 50% upon reservation, with a minimum of € 100,00 or the total amount
• 50% due no later than 6 weeks before arrival

If the arrival date is within 6 weeks of booking, the full amount must be paid.

If payment is not received on time, the reservation will be canceled.
There will be no refunds for unused nights.
In case of a "no show" on the day of arrival, the reservation will be cancelled.
We recommend that you take out (continuous) cancellation insurance.
